The NASW Code of Ethics relies on the values of service, social justice, dignity and value of the individual, significance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. It offers steering on a variety of moral points that social employees might face of their follow, akin to confidentiality, knowledgeable consent, and conflicts of curiosity.
